Product DescriptionProduct Details & Description

PTZ cameras require a mounting solution that supports the weight and dimensions of the camera body while allowing the pan and tilt mechanism to operate across its full range of movement without obstruction. The camera mounting must not restrict the pan or tilt arc or interfere with the camera body as it moves, which means the bracket geometry must be compatible with the specific PTZ camera model being installed.

The BARCK-PT waterproof pan tilt bracket is designed for outdoor installation of PTZ and intelligent CCTV cameras, providing a stable and weatherproof mounting point. Weatherproofing at the bracket is relevant because the connection between the camera body and the mounting surface is a potential point of moisture ingress into both the bracket fixings and the cable routing beneath.

For outdoor PTZ installations on walls, columns, and poles across commercial properties, car parks, and open-area surveillance sites in London and the UK, a purpose-designed PTZ mounting bracket is the correct installation component. Standard camera wall brackets are designed for fixed cameras and may not provide the clearances or load capacity required for a pan tilt camera body.
